After 15 Minutes Of Breakfast:
You have to take milk without sugar. From the very start day, it would be difficult for you to drink it without sugar but gradually you will be habitual of this taste. And it would greatly help you in weight loss.
After Two Hours Take Fruits:
After 2 hours of drinking milk, at 10:00 am you must have to take a bowl full of fruits whatever you like in them. You can add apples, mangos, bananas, melon, watermelon, strawberries, etc. Fruits are essential for the body because they help in digestion due to having fiber in them. Fruits are good for your skin and your health.
If you are outside of the house you should take fruits in a cutting form with you and then eat them at the right time or if you have no time to cut them you can take an apple or banana with you but make sure you have to make a routine to eat fruits must daily.
After 2 Hours Take Healthy Drink Or Fruit Juice:
After passing 2 hours, you have to take any kind of fresh fruit juice or a healthy drink. You can choose a drink from the given list below:
- Limo Pani (Lemon Water)

- chhaaj/ Mattha ( Butter Milk)
- Any Homemade Fruit Juice

- 1 bowl of daal (it is full of protein)
- 1 bowl of any vegetable curry
Make sure you have to cook all your diet food in less quantity of oil with light spices used.
Moreover, After half an hour of lunch, you must have to take Green Tea. Because green tea has low calories and keeps your metabolism strong.
Between 4 to 5 pm, you can take Tea of your choice. I suggest try not to take tea regularly. But if you are addicted to tea regularly then you should take tea without sugar or with brown sugar.
Also, you have to make sure the milk you are using for tea is without cream or low-fat milk. While drinking tea, try to avoid eating bakery biscuits or anything with salt in it. Despite this, you can take some snacks:

- or dry fruits or nuts

Dinner Time at 7:00pm to 8:00pm:
