I really want to share some tips that you could immediately apply which are super easy that don't necessarily cost you any money and are just little tactics that can actually work in your life.
I think a huge part of improving health and wellness is looking beyond the obvious it's like eat healthily and exercise like we all know that, but these are going to be like little things that you might not have thought about.
Here are the five best ways to improve your fitness and health easily:

1. Add Greens And Vegetables:
Well! My first tip is to add some greens and vegetables to almost your every meal because even though it might seem like a really basic tip this can go so far, and I guess that too many times we think about being healthy as restricting but adding is just as important because we need the nutrients which possess micronutrients and vitamins and minerals in it.
Although these all are present in plant-based food like the use of spinach, I always like to give this tip is it just shrinks down so quickly as if you are making pasta just add this in the little amount into it as well as in rice dish or anything just like literally in the last five minutes throw it onto the stove and mix it in you which probably will shrink down to get fitness readily.

I like to do for people who really hate greens and vegetables mostly kids so firstly, chop it in very small like whether it's broccoli or spinach or even like zucchini you just add greens in a chopped form and mix it with like a bowl of rice or quinoa or like a vegetable stir-fry.
I just meant by this simply add chop form of green vegetables into kid's meal, so they will not judge this vegetable reality.
Instead of this, you can add its alternative you could just be adding green powder as I do always prefer to have more natural options but in rare cases when it couldn't work well than you go for this to add green powder or supplements because it keeps yourself healthy all the time.

2. Must Take An Ice Cold Shower:
My tip number two is taking an ice-cold shower which means creating your own little cryotherapy system at home with no cost of money. Cryotherapy is absolutely incredible as you know we are in quarantine, so it's hard to go outside also when you can't afford it but at home, it would be costless for you. It becomes yourself to incorporate so many health benefits like:
- It gives you a boost of circulation with oxygenated blood because when you are in cold temperature your body automatically goes into survival mode and the body's vital organs will be full of blood fluid like your heart, and it's going to leave your extremities.
- That's why when people do cryotherapy they often wear socks and gloves to make sure their extremities stay warm, so in turn, when you get back into warm temperature your body's blood is rich in oxygen it's just a kind of disperses back all over the body, and you get internally feel energizes your whole body.
- When your body getting cold it causes vasoconstriction in your body which means your vessels get constricts versus stay dilated and this stimulates your lymphatic system to boost it which in turn releases toxins.
- Actually, it's hard to take a cold shower, but you get also feel energized yourself. It's a natural way to boost up your body.
- Cryotherapy reduces the chances of many types of cancer in the body. So, in this way, cryotherapy posses benefit in our life.
3. Try To Replace Certain Items From Your Household
My tip number three is replacing certain items from your household especially change your kitchen sponge after getting it with too much dirty smell due to sticking different particles on it.
As studies show that it can host literally more bacteria than a toilet because you know there are food particles on there it's in a moist environment like if you clean the counter and sit on the same counter in the kitchen which already gets dirty with moist food particles which are actually bacteria having in it.
In addition, you use the same sponge to wash the silverware and plates and bowls, so you get really infected with bacteria particles that are present in your sponge already.
So my suggestion is to you that you should replace your sponge very often or thrice a month.
Use Of Old Toothbrush:
Moreover, your toothbrush which you should replace after every month because sometimes your toothbrush gets food particles if there's not all the toothpaste that comes off of it which directly enter into your mouth and one thing more you never place your toothbrush openly in the washroom as there would be dirty particles of the toilet which get dispersed into the air and your toothbrush will get contaminated.
Use Of Loofah:
Lastly, the loofah is good to be used, but you know when it is placed in moist environments it gets a lot of bacteria into it due to having folds in its shape, and it gets contaminated so try to use it new one to replace it by old loofah.
4. Must add Intermittent Fasting:
My next tip is Intermittent Fasting which plays a vital role in your fitness and easy way to keep healthier to incorporate into your diet. It's just about the timing of food when you eat, either you eat at the right time or not it is the most important thing. Irregular timing of meal get disturb your internal system, and you are no longer stay healthy.

5. Do Tongue Scraping:
My last tip is Tongue Scraping, I personally really love this tip to do because once you start scraping by the way you will never be able to stop it's so easy and gives benefits in so many things.
When you don't brush your teeth and tongue scraping then you build up bacteria or coated tongue which can really alter your taste, you even couldn't feel and taste the salt as much you can't taste the sweetness as much.
So in Ayurveda, they believe that when you scrape your tongue this actually increases your senses and your tastes and actually stops you from overeating because when you can taste the salt you can't add more when you can taste sweetness you're not constantly adding like more sugar to your food.
In the end, I will give you a bonus tip to improve your health and fitness I couldn't stress enough how important as how necessary to reduce your stress I didn't want to include this as a tip on here because I really wanted to get into specifics and I find that stress reduction looks different for everybody for instance; you're a new mom, and it's impossible to sleep more so in this case you have to be realistic that where are you in life.
However, you can reduce your stress because it is important for your mental health as stress leaves a negative impact on your mental health. Moreover, your physical fitness, your immunity your digestion your reproductive health means it would actually disturb all of your body's internal health and your fitness system.
