On the other hand, if you have such cravings you should try to eat fruits instead of spicy or junk food choose to eat because it led to you in a vivid nightmare condition. So, be patient and avoid eating for a maximum of 2 to 3 hours before sleeping time. Therefore, even if you have a light dinner,  your body will still struggle to digest what you have fed it. In my opinion, choose fruits to eat if you have a growing feeling of hunger and don't fall asleep without eating, it's also not good for the quality of sleep to take.  
  • PLAYING WITH GADGETS GETS DISTURBS YOUR SLEEP:
Although, there are many devices to be used to play games and watch seasons so extra use of these devices led to disturbing your sleep and you are more attached to these gadgets. These devices have radiations that are emitted from them and directly hit your eyes and brain which will affect you badly. 

Hence, try not to use such instruments late at night or before going to bed as it gets rudely disturbs your sleep.
